What this site is
A free giveaway entry form for an $18,500 Home Upgrade (bathroom remodel or roofing installed by Long Home). No purchase is necessary to enter. One entry per household. Eligibility, prize details, drawing, and winner requirements are in the Official Rules. If these Terms and the Official Rules conflict, the Official Rules control for the sweepstakes.

SnowFlake, LLC operates this page. Long Home is named in the Official Rules as the party that offers and installs the prize and is named in the SMS and E-SIGN consent on the entry form. Eligibility and use
You must be 18 or older and a homeowner in MD, DC, VA, WV, PA, FL, MA, ME, NH, or CT to enter. Do not use automated or scripted entry methods. Do not submit another person's information without authority. We may refuse or remove entries that appear fraudulent or that violate the Official Rules.
Electronic signature and contact
By clicking Enter to Win, you confirm that action constitutes your electronic signature under the E-SIGN Act and you authorize Long Home, directly or through third parties acting on its behalf, to contact you regarding its products and services at the phone number and email address you provide, including via phone calls and emails using automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. SMS consent is described on the entry form and is not a condition of purchase.

This page is provided as-is for entry into the giveaway. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnowFlake, LLC and Long Home are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this page. Prize-related liability is addressed in the Official Rules. Maryland law governs, and exclusive venue is Howard County, Maryland, as stated in the Official Rules.
